Better Sport ships to the United States and Canada. Below are our shipping times, shipping charges and return or exchange window.
Shipping destinations and times
- Destinations: United States and Canada.
- Dispatch: within 10 calendar days after payment.
- Delivery: within 20 calendar days after payment, including the dispatch period.
The 20-day delivery period runs from payment; it is not an additional 20 days after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within that period, contact us with your order number.
Shipping charges
Customers pay outbound shipping. Our current Standard Shipping rate for the United States and Canada is US$27 plus US$3 per item. For example, shipping for one item is US$30 and shipping for two items is US$33. Review the shipping charge and order total at checkout before paying.
Returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within one month from the date you receive your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to request a return or exchange
Email ywbesti@foxmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and a description of your request. Contact us for the return address and instructions before sending an item back. For a refund-status question, include your order number so we can check your request.
